Tips for a Healthy Spine

Exercise daily- even if it's a quick walk at lunchtime or after work. Your spine and your whole body need to move to stay healthy. As they say "Move it or lose it!"

Avoid sleeping on your stomach- This puts a lot of pressure on your neck as it turns your head for long periods, leaving you vulnerable to further injury.

Relax- Allow time for rest and recuperation, which are both important ingredients in recovering from injury and maintaining your overall health.

Regular Chiropractic Care- Maintains the integrity of your spine through correcting alignment and ensuring optimal function of the spinal joints.
