Practice History

Our clinic came to life more than 10 years ago, though was previously known as 'Advance Migraine and Headache Centre', with a second clinic in Essendon.
As the name suggests, we focused on treating Headaches and Migraines, though we did provide general chiropractic care as well.
Our interest in Headaches and Migraines has continued with involvement in the site www.headache.com.au which is a popular source of headache and migraine information, and provides content for the state governments health site www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au

Dr Ric Carlei and Dr Jerome Dixon, both Chiropractors, have previously practiced in these clinics, with Dr Grant Shevlin practicing here since 1997.
Our name changed to St Kilda Road Chiropractic in July 2001, to reflect a change to providing General Chiropractic and Wellness care.
